QMN was invited by AVS to hold a two-day mentorship training workshop on 24th and 31th of Oct to their volunteers of VQ continous training programme. The participating volunteers expressed high satisfaction to the training, giving 100% on both general satisfaction level and the level of enhancning the motivational force of joining volunteer works.

The volunteers also commented that the content of the workshop was very fruitful, such as describing the physical and psychological needs of the youth in details, so as the relationship building skills, and demostrated with many examples.
