JNMD is an organization of Hong Kong tertiary institute students from mainland China, some of the graduates working in Hong Kong have registered as mentor assistants of CDF program in the Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service Centre to help mentor the youth. 

Quality Mentorship Network is engaged to provide two training sessions for the mentor assistants from JNMD on 5th of Nov and 3rd of Dec, sharing with them the techniques to get along with the mentees. Staff from Baptist Oi Kwan are also welcomed to attend the training.
